Precast Concrete wall panel machine Forming principle
This lightweight precast concrete wall panel machine integrates the multi-processes of feeding materials, vibration, forming, extrusion, and demolding produced by lightweight concrete wall panels. The main motor transmits the power to the reduction box through the pulley, and the output shaft of the reduction box drives the screwing augers to rotate in the forming cavity consisting of machine frame, vibrator and pedestal constitute. The concrete materials from the hopper are continuously conveyed to the forming cavity, and the materials are extruded by the screw augers in the forming cavity and are vibrated by the vibrator. With the continuous dual force action, it produces resonance.
The concrete component reaches the required shape, size, and degree of compaction.At the same time, the vibrated and compacted wall panels produce a reaction force against the rotating screw augers, forcing the wall panel extruder to continuously move forward to realize a continuous wall panels production. The surface top of the wall panel is polished through the forming scraper at the end of the machine. The final precast wall panels will be very smooth and compact.

Precast wall panel extruder structure
This machine integrates multiple processes—including feeding, vibration, forming, and demolding—for lightweight partition panel production into a single unit. The main motor transmits power to the gearbox via a pulley system, and the gearbox’s output shaft drives the augers to rotate within the forming cavity, which is formed by the machine frame (wall plates), vibrator (vibrating body), and casting bed.
The lightweight mixture from the hopper is continuously conveyed into the forming cavity. Here, under the dual action of auger extrusion and continuous compaction from the vibrator, the mixture reaches resonance, becoming thoroughly compacted and shaped to the required dimensions and density. Simultaneously, the compacted panel exerts a reactive force against the rotating augers, pushing the extruder continuously forward to achieve seamless, ongoing panel production. Finally, a forming scraper at the rear of the machine smoothes and finishes the top surface of the board.
